Shipping & Delivery

At ISM PARTS, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order details and delivery location. We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery. Orders may be shipped from different warehouse locations across the country, and we always aim to dispatch from the closest available location.

Please note that tracking information is not always provided. If available, it will be shared after shipment. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.

Express Shipping

Expedited shipping applies only to transit time and does not include order processing.

All orders require time for preparation before shipment. If you need delivery by a specific date, we recommend contacting ISM PARTS in advance to confirm availability and handling time. Carrier delays are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Product Availability

Occasionally, items may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, you will be contacted and given the option to:

  • Wait until the item is back in stock
  • Cancel your order

Returns & Refunds

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Electronic components and circuit boards
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Venting systems and custom-cut materials

Before returning any product, you must contact ISM PARTS to receive return authorization (RMA). Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a tracking number is required. All items are inspected upon return. Refunds are issued only if the product is in proper condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be changed or canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you need to make changes, please contact ISM PARTS immediately after placing your order.

RESTOCKING FEES

All returns are subject to a restocking fee:

  • 25% standard fee
  • 30% fee for returns without RMA, incorrect returns, or refused deliveries
